Volunteer, partner, or support PIC's mission to advance electoral integrity and civic participation in Zambia.
PIC recruits, trains, and deploys volunteer election observers for national, provincial, and local electoral events across Zambia. As a PIC observer, you will receive professional training in election observation methodology, be deployed to monitor specific polling stations, and contribute directly to an independent observation report.
Who can apply? Zambian citizens from all walks of life who are committed to non-partisanship and democratic values. No prior experience required — we provide full training.

PIC's work extends beyond Zambia's borders. Our national coordinator and team have represented Zambia at key international governance and democracy forums, bringing global perspectives back to strengthen our national programmes.
We have engaged with the UNODC in Livingstone, participated in the Alternative Mining Indaba in Cape Town, and collaborated with the International Service for Human Rights on human rights defender protection frameworks.
PIC is an independent NGO. Our independence is only possible with the financial support of donors and funders who share our commitment to non-partisan democratic development.
We welcome support from institutional donors and foundations, bilateral and multilateral development partners, and individual donors who believe in democratic governance. All funding is managed transparently in accordance with our accountability commitments.
